"I Hate You" is from Wormy's album Shark River, out January 16, 2026 on Rose Garden. Renny Conti produced it, Jack McLoughlin engineered and Alex Ferrar mixed. Noah Rauchwerk sings and plays drums, JR Atkins is on acoustic guitar, Ned Steves on bass, McLoughlin on electric guitar and pedal steel, and Conti adds more electric guitar.
Nick Carpenter and Rauchwerk directed the video, edited by Hayley Zalkin, Granger Willson and Rauchwerk, with Hannah Wilson as director of photography and Willson supervising the special effects. It is one of the standouts on our February 2026 playlist.
