"Bitter" is the first single from bed bug guru's new album Double Scoop, coming October 3 via Superbloom Records. Jake Knoechel, Shane Malone and Cleburne Wilson perform it and Jack Shirley produced it, with Jake Faiella providing the visual effects for the video. The song is about a bitter medicine that helps you not think and, in the end, makes you who you are. It is one of the standouts on our September 2025 playlist.
