Early Hours

Early Hours are Jake Bennett and Adam Rothschild, two young songwriters from Cape Town, South Africa, with a sun-kissed sound. Their single Smells Like Summer became the first South African song in history to reach a million plays on Soundcloud, back in 2015, and they followed it with a debut EP, First Light, in August 2016, full of soaring pop hooks, carefully written lyrics and guitar lines that stick. They have had a number of radio hits at home as well as their first spins on BBC Radio 1, and in 2017 they made their first venture into the wider market with an international tour through Canada, the UK and the US.
